STK EnviroSolutions proudly presents our latest technology for waste diversion “Smart-TDS” Smart Thermal Disposal System.

This technology was invented by Mr. Roland Tee in year 2013. After 8 years of research & development, we had successfully sold our machines in Malaysia and exported to 14 countries worldwide including Philippines, Cambodia, China, Singapore, Saint Lucia and Indonesia.

This technology is basically converting 100% waste into 4% ashes which can then be recycled into fertilizer, brick material or tyres, with no segregation required.

Our Smart-TDS is 100% made in Malaysia, including all construction structure and also the filtration system. We have submitted for patent pending in 153 countries and patented in 6 countries. The by-products of SMART-TDS had been tested by accredited third parties - Sirim, SGS, ChemSains, MyCo2, Exova (Dubai), Pony (China), CRL Environmental Corp (Philippines), Sucofindo (Indonesia) and compliant to the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Standards to be environmental friendly.

Smart Thermal Disposal System (SMART-TDS)

This technology is basically converting 100% waste into 4% ashes which can then be recycled into fertilizer, brick material or tyres, with no segregation required. There are, however, three materials that will not be disposed, namely metal, glass and concrete, which will be part of the output at the end of the process together with the ashes. These three materials can then be collected and sold as recyclable materials.
